Skagen 50 wins the Motor Boat of the Year Award 2008

Skagen 50 has become the Motor Boat of the Year 2008.

The winners of the award founded by the UK’s leading motorboat magazines – Motor Boat Monthly, Motor Boat and Yachting and Custom Yachting – were announced yesterday at the London boat show. The jury narrowed down thousands of strong contenders to a handful of finalists.

Skagen 50 was in the category of Trawlers and Aft Cabins and won over:
- Fleming 65
- Grand Banks 47 Heritage CL
- Nordhavn 47
- Nordic Tug 37
- Tarquin Trader 64

New ATLAS 50 Work Boat

ATLAS 50 - a new multi-purpose semi-displacement boat based on the tank-tested and ocean-proven hull of Skagen 50 - was presented on the 30th of November 2007 in Portoroz (Northern Adriatic).

The work program of ATLAS 50 can be adapted to a variety of scopes: from fishing , fish-farming, diving and underwater works, port maintenance, piloting, fire-protection, patrolling and salvaging operations, oceanographic and research activities.

Skagen 50 visible at the Southampton and Cannes International Boat Show

We are happy to announce that Skagen 50 will be presented at the Southampton Boat Show (14-23 of September) and at the Cannes International Boat Show (12-17 of September).

The boat will also be available in Portoroz, Slovenia (Northern Adriatic) from the middle of September on and you are more then welcome to come visit us here at any time.
